LAS VEGAS PRIZE DRAW TERMS AND CONDITIONS
 

1. ELIGIBILITY
The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 and over. The prize package as a whole must be accepted by someone aged 21 or over - and must be placed under this persons name.
Employees of The National Entertainment Awards & Kalm Productions, their immediate family members, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.
Multiple entries are allowed.

2. HOW TO ENTER
To enter, participants must complete the entry form. This includes answering the skill based question and completing the entry fee. All details entered must be correct.
The prize draw opens on Monday 7th April 2025 at 2pm and closes at 8pm on Sunday 15th June 2025. Entries submitted after this date will not be valid but may still be charged.

3. THE PRIZE
The winner will receive a trip for two to Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.

The prize includes:
- Return economy flights from a major UK airport to Las Vegas (London Heathrow/London Gatwick/Manchester) on either Saturday 24th October 2026 or Sunday 25th October 2026.
- 5 nights' accommodation at a luxury hotel on the Las Vegas Strip (subject to availability).
- A spending allowance of up to $1,000* (Subject to required amount of overall entries. If a minimum of 1,000 paid entries are received before the competition closing date, the winner will receive a spending allowance of $250. If 1,500 paid entries are received before the competition closing date, the winner will receive a spending allowance of $500. The winner will have the chance to double the spending allowance to $1,000 during the live draw).
Lunch or Dinner for two persons at Hells Kitchen, Caesars Palace (Set three course menu applies. Date of booking subject to availability).
- Two tickets to 'MJ One' at Mandalay Bay (Date of booking and time of show subject to availability).
Two standard tickets for the 'High Roller Experience' at The Linq (Date of booking and time of experience subject to availability).

The prize package is non-refundable, non-transferable, and there is no cash alternative. Elements of the package, such as the location of shows & restaurants are subject to change, depending on availability during the winners time of stay in Las Vegas.

It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure they have valid passports, estas/visas (if required), and travel insurance.

4. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on Wednesday 25th June 2025 at 7pm, via a live draw on Facebook.
The winner will be contacted via telephone and must respond immediately to claim their prize.
If the winner does not respond in time, a new winner will be selected.

5. MINIMUM ENTRIES
The prize package is subject to a minimum of 1,000 paid entries being received by the closing date of the draw.
If the minimum number of paid entries is not met, The National Entertainment Awards reserves the right to either:
Cancel the competition and refund all paid entry fees in full, or
Amend the prize package to an alternative of equal or lesser value, at the discretion of the promoter.
Entrants will be notified by email or through the platform used to enter if any such changes occur.

6. GENERAL
The National Entertainment Awards reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice.
The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied by third parties, nor lack of availability.
By entering this competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The winner agrees to participate in promotional activity (such as sharing photos or testimonials) if requested.

7. DATA PROTECTION
Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be used for the administration of the competition and for marketing purposes with consent.
